Menu
In the left side of the screen you can find the main menu.
The menu is divided in different main areas - each containing several sub-items. In the screenshot below, the “Partners” area is selected :

Note that you can quickly reach an areas default page by double-clicking on the area.
Breadcrumb Navigation
For each page you visit in Link, a breadcrumb trail will be created in the top left corner.

You can use this trail to quickly go back to previous pages in the same section by clicking on the corresponding page name. In the example screenshot above, you can click on 'MonitorResult' to be redirected back to the Monitor page. Clicking 'Home' will take you back to the frontpage.
Menu
On the left side we have the menu. There is a main menu and for some off the menu entries, there is a sub menu.
On the main menu you either do a single click or a doubled click.
Single click on main menu: Opens sub menu or if there is no sub menu then it goes to direct to the default page
Doublet click on mail menu: goes to default page
Navigation under menus
Search across columns
Under the different menus ,Tracking, Partners, Distribution etc., you can search in each column or you can search across columns in the field Searchyour search result page without re-performing the search.
How to use Link’s grid
In many of the pages in Link, you will find a grid containing a list of items (e.g. documents or partners).

These grids have some nice features that it is valuable to know.
Filtering
In order to exclude certain rows from the data grid you can make use of filtering. The filtering option is located to the right of the column name. By clicking it a window will appear, which show you the different values for the selected column. Click the checkbox next to the value to filter by it. 'Select All' will filter by all the values. See the animation below for further reference.

This is not set up default, but must can be activated in the Menu Settings under from the menu “Settings” / “My profile” / “User specific settings”.

Go to related information
Under each menu you will be shown some choises to go to when you mark a row by left clicking and then right click. It In a grid there are some quick-actions available for a specific item - this makes it faster to jump to related areas.. To see this menu, left-click an item and then right click. The example below comes from Tracking, but it’s also the case in the menus Link works in a similar way from the other menus points (Partners, Distributions and Transport where you will se other go to destinations related to these areas).

Grouping
Organizing data in groups can help you get a quick overview of your data set. To group your data, drag the desired column into the small space above the data grid, where this text is displayed: "Drag a column header here to group by that column". See the animation below for further reference.
