When clicking this button you will be redirected to the Document search result detail page page page for the selected document(s) from where you will be able to see detailed information about the document(s).

This button simply changes the status of the selected document(s) to "On hold". This is convenient when you are in the process of troubleshooting errors in relation to a failed document and you no longer want it to appear as "Failed". There could be reports or alarms set up for failed documents.
Recreate
This option sends a request to the sender system to send the document again. This is useful if you discover that the information in the document is not complete or incorrect. Please note that this button requires you to install a plugin. Advanced users can read more about how to do this in the Link Technical Guide.
Export Files
This button allows you to export the document(s) you have selected from the list. Please note that you can choose to include one or several document stages in your export.
