Settings

From the settings menu item you have access to several options regarding users, roles, datagroups and error handling. These will be explained in detail on their own seperate page in this guide.

Hovering your mouse cursor over the 'Settings' item in the left hand menu will reveal a list of options. Depending on your permissions, some options may not be available. If you press the 'Settings' item, you will be taken to the 'My Profile' page as default.

My profile [1]

Will show you information about your Link user profile, such as username, email and password. You can also view the usergroup your user account is in. See the 'My Profile' page in the user guide for more information.

Users [2]

Shows you a list of all the users registered in your Link solution. New users can also be created from here. See the 'Users' page in the user guide for more information.

Usergroups [3]

Click here to see a list of all usergroups in your Link solution, as well as their roles. New usergroups can also be created here. See the 'Usergroups' page in the user guide for more information.

Datagroups [4]

Shows you a list of data groups, which can enforce security restrictions on data in the system. You can also create new data groups from here. See the 'Datagroups' page in the user guide for more information.

Roles [5]

This will show you a list of all current user roles in your Link solution and their permissions. See the 'Roles' page in the user guide for more information.

Error Handling [6]

Shows you how various errors are handled by Link, divided by categories. See the 'Error Handling' page in the user guide for more information.

Show Errors [7]

Will show you a list of errors that have occurred in your Link solution. See the 'Show Errors' page in the user guide for more information.
