Search by status event

Search Screen

From the status event search screen, you can search for events related to your status event subscriptions setup. If you are unfamiliar with this concept, please read the Status events article.

Open

You can filter your search by four different criteria. The “Reset Search” option will clear all fields.

When you click on the “Search” button, you will be taken to the Status event result page.

The individual filters available on the search screen are described below.

Subscription

Here you can choose between all or one specific status event subscription. Please note that Link comes without any subscriptions, and they must be created first.

Event Statuses

Here you can choose between all or one specific document status.

Open

Periods “From” and “To”

Use these fields to select a date range to apply to your search.
