LaxEntityLaxSearch	The user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to the document type. Document types that have ZERO data groups assigned will also be displayed.	The user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to the partner. Partners that have ZERO data groups assigned will also be displayed.	The user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to the document type of the distribution. Document types that have ZERO data groups assigned will also be considered valid. The user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to EITHER the from partner OR the to partner of the distribution. If the distribution has neither a from partner or to partner, then only the document type check will be performed. If the distribution only has a from partner or to partner, then the user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to that partner.	The user must be a member of at least ONE of the data groups assigned to the document type of the document. Access will not be allowed to tracking documents with an unknown document type. At least ONE of those data groups must allow access to tracking documents. Document types that have ZERO data groups assigned will also be considered valid. Access will not be allowed to tracking documents where both partners are unknown. Partners that have ZERO data groups assigned will also be considered valid.
