This hotfix fixes three discovered bugs.

Fixed bugs:

• For OAuth requests, the ‘Scope’ field is URL-encoded twice.

• Impossible to add documents to a test-case because of an empty drop-down.

• When loading a test-run in the UI OutOfMemoryExceptions sometimes occured.
