Inventory Report
Setup on Customer Card
Go to Customer Card/Debitor to setup the filter for items to be included in the inventory report under Menu EDI Setup/EDI opsætning:
Sales Type:
Customer - the selection is based on prices set up on a specific customer (in most cases the current customer)
Customer Price Group - the selection is based on prices in a specific Customer Price Group
Custom - the selection is customized in agreement with your ERP consultant
Sales Code - choose Customer no. or Code for Customer Price Group
Exclude Blocked Items - Blocked items are excluded in the selection of items to be included in the stock report
Exclude Items Blocked For Sales - Items marked “Sales Blocked” are excluded in the selection of items to be included in the stock report
Show Inventory On Following Locations - Filter locations (to include more than one seperate by | - Example: Primary|East
Quantity Shown As Available For This Customer (%) - Used, if you don’t want the whole quantity on stock to be shown to this specific customer
Rounding - If you choose to show only part of the available stock, you risk to show numbers which are not integer which doesn’t make sense for at lot of products. Therefor you can choose between rounding up or down - or not rounding.
Limit Available Quantity From - If you show partial availability, you can choose to have a minimum quantity from which you show the full quantity.
Example: the quantity is set to 25 pieces
50 pieces on stock: 25 pieces will show.
24 pieces on stock, 24 pieces will show
26 pieces on stock: 25 pieces will show
Job Queue Code - Job Queue 50702 is reserved to run Inventory Report in predefined intervals. (If you need help to set this up, please ask your ERP consultant). The code entered under Job Queue Code is the code to enter in this fields. Several customers can run in the same Inventory Report Runner - or it can be set up customer for customer with different Job Queue Codes.
Run Inventory Report manually
Go to B2B Backbone menu to run the Inventory Report manually - Choose Resend - “Send item data”
The customers which are set up for Inventory Report will show up, and you can one choose of these by marking it and press OK.
It will now be shown as a document ready to exchange. Choose Enter/Run and Exchange marked (or Current only) - OK.
