To receive e-mails about errors, this needs to be set up in the B2B Backbone app.
Errors:
External Document No. exists already
Nothing happens in BC, but an e-mail is sent to alert about the error
Customer not found
If the customer is not found, you get an error where you can find the customer manually and load the order. Remember to set up the customer as described under Setup customer - or else you will get the error again.
Item not found
Same as for customers. Remember to align items with your customer to avoid the same error in the future.
Price is different from the one in BC
The order is loaded, but an e-mail is sent about the error.
Errors, when set up in job queue
If the document is set up for Hvis dokumentet er sat op til at blive afviklet i batch, som beskrevet i menuen Batch afvikling , vil der ikke komme fejl løbende i BC, men korrekte ordrer indlæses, og der sendes e-mail med besked om fejl på de enkelte.
