Admin Overview
In the Alerts Admin Overview, you can see the alert configurations that have been set up in your Link solution. This view can only be accessed by an admin user. Individual alerts can also be edited and deleted from here.
Column Descriptions
Each column contains information about the alert, such as the document type and partners involved. The different columns will be explained in detail below.
Document Type [1]
The document type the alert is registered on is shown here.
Partner From [2]
The Ingoing Partner involved in the distribution on which the alert is registered is shown here.
Partner To Identification [3]
The identification registered on the Ingoing Partner.
Partner To [4]
The Outgoing Partner involved in the distribution on which the alert is registered is shown here.
Partner To Identification [5]
The identification registered on the Outgoing Partner.
Required number of documents [6]
This shows the required number of documents that should fail before the alert is triggered.
Time Before Show [7]
The time in minutes that should elapse before the alert is triggered after the required number of documents have failed.
Start [8]
The date on which the alert should be active from.
End [9]
Optional date on which the alert should be disabled.
Created [10]
The date on which the alert was created.
Last Modified [11]
The date on which the alert was last modified by a user.
Enabled [12]
If ticked, the alert is enabled and can be triggered. Disabled alerts will not trigger and notify receivers.
Show Alerts
Press the 'Show Alerts' button in the upper left corner to show the alerts that have been ticked in the data grid. To add an alert for viewing, tick the checkbox in the leftmost column of the data grid. The 'Show Alerts' button should now be clickable. Pressing it will redirect you to a new page showing the alert configuration details.
Create New Alert
You can also create a new alert from the admin overview page. Press the 'Create new' button just beside the page title to be redirected to the 'New Alert' page. See the corresponding page in the user guide for more details on creating a new alert.
