MDN - Syncronous /Asyncronous 

While sending a document with request for MDN - we can ONLY request for a syncronous MDN.

While receiving a document we can send a MDN back either as syncronous or asyncronous - the sender of the message have to specify which type they shall receive in the AS2 header.
