Setup under Company Information

When the B2B Backbone extension is installed, you need to indicate your GLN-number (Headquarter GLN-number) under Company Information:

On top of this, B2B Backbone has some setup and preparation to do - in cooperation with you and eventually with your external ERP consultant.

Important! Before sending first documents, the counter has to be set at our platform. This is done by resending one invoice, credit note and delivery note from the B2B Backbone menu in BC.
